Participants shall send a copy of the wire transfer or cash deposit via email to: administracion@basccolombia.org or call +57 (1) 6065276 or (+57) 318 5359114. Only registrations with payment confirmation will be approved.
 

PAYMENT REFUND POLICY

Cancellations may be accepted until September 1st, 2019. After this date there will not be any refunds. All cancellations must be sent in writing to administracion@basccolombia.org and/ or by phone +57 (318) 535-9114 or +57 (606) 5276. If you are unable to attend after registering, you may send a substitute on your behalf. All no shows will be charged. A 20% fee by concept of administrative costs will be charged per cancellation.

* All registered participants to the 2019 BASC World Congress must have international medical insurance and personal medical assistance for the days of the event. BASC Colombia will not be liable for any eventuality.

PAYMENT METHOD

If you choose to pay by wire transfer, you will have a maximum of five (5) working days after registering to pay the amount to confirm participation in the Congress. Once this period expires, your registration will be cancelled, and a new registration should be made.

Invoice for participation and sponsorships will be sent by e-mail ten (10) working days after payment is confirmed.
