Graduating with honors from the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, Carlos continued his academic training at the University of California, Berkeley, where he completed the “Corporate Finance Fundamentals” program, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects impacting the business legal environment. He later expanded his specialization at Esade – Business & Law School in Barcelona, obtaining a Master’s in International Business Law with a focus on M&A.
